Okey i will post a guide how to set up a 5095 server.. (i dont use 5095) but i will try my best to help you out.
First download the Zf Here
Then download the SQL file here
Then download the client that you can find

When you have download everything you are now able to set it up so i will post the guide now.
1. Extract the Zf somewhere
Then go into:

C:/WINDOWS and delete my.ini |
now go into:

and open winmysqladmin.exe
when its open it will ask you for a account and password which in this case is:

Remember you will need Appserv installed before doing this. Which you can find here
When that is done, go into:

and edit the shell.ini

when you have changed the username and password you will to fix the account server which you can download

Now edit the config.ini so it should look like this:

Now you are done, just create your account and start playing
